At My Maid Pinellas, we value transparency and long-term relationships. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies that help us deliver consistent, high-quality service. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Our standard maid service tasks are completed during your scheduled visit.
Services outside the standard scope will be billed at the deep cleaning rate.
Rates are based on the service overview at the time of booking. Changes in occupancy, pets, cleanliness, or property layout may require reevaluation. Clients will be notified of any rate adjustments before services are completed.
Discounts apply when services are provided consistently as scheduled.
Occasional skips are understandable, but frequent changes may impact the discount.
Any adjustments will be communicated in advance.
Clients select a preferred day (Mon–Fri) for recurring services (e.g., Bi-weekly on Tuesdays).
My Maid Pinellas will confirm the schedule each Friday for the upcoming week.
If access to the property is unavailable at arrival this is considered a last minute cancellation and the full amount of the service rate is due.
48+ hours notice: Full refund or no charge.
24 - 48 hours notice: 50% of total charge.
Less than 24 hours notice is considered a Last Minute Cancellation and the Full amount of service is due.
An invoice can be provided upon request.
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made.
Payments are made via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or check payable to My Maid Pinellas.
If payment is not received within 3 calendar days, a flat $20 late fee will be added to the invoice.
If the balance remains unpaid for 7 days, services may be paused until the account is current.
Invoices unpaid after 14 days may be subject to collections, with the client responsible for all associated costs.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and secure access (parking, keys, codes, alarms).
If property access is not possible upon arrival the Last Minute Cancellation Policy is applied.
All client information, access codes, and property details are kept strictly confidential.
My Maid Pinellas maintains general liability insurance.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear-and-tear, or fragile items not disclosed prior to service.
Incidental damage will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
My Maid Pinellas provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment.
Clients requesting special products must supply them at the time of service.
Laundry service is available at $15 per load (strip, wash, dry, and replace bed linens).
If laundry extends beyond the standard service time, additional labor will be billed at $50/hour in 15-minute increments.
For the safety of our team, we do not handle biohazards, aggressive pets/occupants, mold, or unsafe environments.
Availability may be limited during holidays and school breaks. We’ll notify clients in advance and appreciate your flexibility.
Services scheduled on/near these periods may include a $50 fee.

My Maid Pinellas reserves the right to terminate services for unsafe conditions, repeated cancellations, or non-payment.
