What cleaning products do you use?

Our standard is eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for families, pets, and the environment. 

Can I provide my own products?

Yes. If you have preferred products or equipment, let us know during the walk-through, and we’ll confirm those details before service begins.

How do you set your rates?

Maid service is charged by square footage. Rates are confirmed during a walk-through based on factors like occupancy, pets, and level of cleanliness. Short-term rental turnover is usually aligned with platform fees (Airbnb/VRBO).

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer frequency discounts for weekly, bi-weekly, and every-three-weeks cleanings. 

What if I need extra services or want to skip certain tasks?

We offer custom add-ons (like inside ovens, fridges, or laundry) and custom omissions (such as unused rooms). These are discussed during the walk-through to fit your budget and needs.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Dunedin, and surrounding areas in Pinellas County.

Are you registered and insured?

Yes. My Maid Pinellas is registered in the City of Clearwater, insured through Simply Business. We are bonded through Allegheny Casualty Company for an added layer of protection.
