Yes. We require that homes be deep cleaned first so they’re at a manageable level for recurring maintenance. This ensures consistency and quality moving forward.

What cleaning products do you use?

Can I provide my own products?

Yes. If you have preferred products or equipment, let us know during the walk-through, and we’ll confirm those details before service begins.

How do you set your rates?

Maid service is charged by square footage ($0.15–$0.20 per sq. ft.). Rates are confirmed during a walk-through based on factors like occupancy, pets, and level of cleanliness. Short-term rental turnover is usually aligned with platform fees (Airbnb/VRBO).

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer frequency discounts for weekly, bi-weekly, and every-three-week cleanings. Discounts apply only when service is maintained on a consistent schedule.

What if I need extra services or want to skip certain tasks?

We offer custom add-ons (like inside ovens, fridges, or laundry) and custom omissions (such as unused rooms). These are discussed during the walk-through to fit your budget and needs.

Do you charge extra fees?

Additional charges may apply in special cases such as pet hair removal, excessive mess, biohazard cleanup, or after-party cleanup. Details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

We serve Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Dunedin, and surrounding areas in Pinellas County.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. My Maid Pinellas is licensed in Pinellas County and the City of Clearwater, insured through Progressive Business Insurance, and bonded through Surety Bonds Direct.
