Our frequency discounts are based on providing consistent maid services that help keep your home at a steady maintenance level. When your home is cleaned regularly, each visit requires less time and effort, which allows us to pass savings on to you. If a scheduled cleaning is skipped, the home will naturally accumulate additional buildup—dust, dirt, pet hair, soap scum, kitchen grease, and other residues. Even a week’s delay can add noticeable extra work. This extra buildup often requires more time, effort, and cleaning products, which means the cost to service your home increases. For this reason, occasional skips are understandable, but frequent changes or extended gaps between visits may result in your service being billed at a higher rate or reverting to our standard pricing for that visit. Discounts are maintained only when the home is cleaned at the originally scheduled frequency.
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. If payment is not received within 3 calendar days, a flat $20 late fee will be added to the invoice. If the balance remains unpaid for 7 days, services may be paused until the account is current. Invoices unpaid after 14 days may be subject to collections, with the client responsible for all associated costs.
48+ hours notice: Full refund or no charge.
24–48 hours notice: 50% of total charge.
Less than 24 hours notice: Full amount due
Laundry is priced at $15 per load (strip bed linens, wash and dry). If laundry requires time beyond the duration of the standard maid service, an additional fee of $50 per hour (billed in 15-minute increments) will apply to cover extended labor.
All pricing is based on the home’s current condition and the scope of work agreed upon during the initial walkthrough or booking. The quoted rate assumes that the home remains in similar condition from visit to visit. If the condition of the home changes significantly—such as additional occupants or pets, extended time since the last cleaning, construction or remodeling projects, excessive buildup, or rearranged/blocked areas—extra time and effort may be required. In these cases, the cleaner will discuss adjustments before beginning work, and the rate may be modified to reflect the additional labor, supplies, or time needed. This ensures our team can continue to deliver a high-quality clean without rushing or compromising service.
Weekend Service Fee: $50
Holiday/School Breaks Fee: $50 for services scheduled on or near holidays/school breaks
After-Party/Gathering Cleanups: Billed at the standard Deep Cleaning rate of $50/hour per cleaner
Lockout Fee: $50 if we are unable to access the home upon arrival
Last-Minute Booking Fee: $50 if same-day service is requested
